This is of course very annoying, but unfortunately can happen.

There you click on the pencil icon in the "New Job Build" and get to see a form.
This form you fill us as accurately as possible and hang possibly even up to 5 photos in which the damage can be seen at. After sending you will receive an RMA number and your concerns have been registered in our system and we were informed.
Next, we examine your request and will inform you about the status of your order by e-mail.
In the further course, in cases of justified request, we send you then two e-mails.
Once a link where you can create a DHL label for free return and can print and a second e-mail with a waybill, which you put me in the package.
Then you send us the package and we will look at your complaint and inform you about further steps (eg sending of replacement, refund the purchase price, etc.).
You can using the RMA number, view the current status and also the recent history of your order on our return portal at any time.
